In 2024, the Certified Age-Friendly Employer (CAFE) program delivered a comprehensive series of virtual workshops that brought together HR, Compensation & Benefits professionals to address key aspects of age-inclusive employment. Each session, running from 4:00-5:15 PM ET via Zoom, provided actionable insights and collaborative learning opportunities.

Throughout the year, these sessions brought together CAFE members and special guests to share experiences, learn from industry experts, and collaborate on age-friendly workplace initiatives. The program, marking its 17th year, maintained its commitment to taking a holistic approach to addressing both employer and employee needs in an age-diverse workplace.
